2 / What will I have to do in this process?
There will be an investment of time by you, the client in the beginning. As we learn about your business and work to find the best fitting efficiencies, we will have questions. These will reduce as time goes on when we understand your needs fully.
As we set up your operations, there will be a need to connect some applications which you will only have access to, for example your bank accounts to feed in transactions.
Depending on your needs, there will be approvals necessary by you. We require client approval for payroll, indirect tax filings etc. This is for your protection. We will do the work and present the result to you – you will need to review and send approval to file. Once a process is in place, this will become a standard routine with expected timing to be most efficient.
3 / How long will it take to get started?
To answer this question, it really depends on your needs. Do you need to covert from a desktop system or are we taking over an existing cloud system? The time frame is different for each. Our goal is to have you up a running in and average of 3 to 5 business days. Taking over an existing system, this time frame will be reduced. Setting up a new system will require obtaining connections and information from you. This is where the client investment of time piece asked earlier comes into play. We will provide you a detailed listing of what is required by you as a client in order for us all to be on the same page as far as action items.

4 / What is the process to get started?

First step is to set up a discovery call to get to you know and your business, and of course you will get to know us. We will go over your current needs, any pain points, and any future wants. This call generally lasts between 30 and 60 minutes. It is the most important piece to ensure we get things set up right from the start.
We will review your current system, volumes and complexities, then provide a quote. Should you agree to the engagement, we begin with a list of what we need from you, while we set up things in the background. We will train you on any new applications. Once this onboarding phase is completed, we move forward from there with your monthly, quarterly or annual services. Whichever service fits your business best.
